Text 2 pic is a great app! You pretty much can create your picture how you want. There is a ton of fonts you can choose from. You can even draw on your picture you made. You dont have to take a picture or get a picture from your library, you can pick a picture strait out of the app!!!
Great app I had wanted to do a special text for my friends birthday and it was great I had a cool background and said happy birthday
